We would like to inform
you that on 15th May 2008 the Danish group BROEN became the owner of 100% of
the shares of ZAWGAZ Ltd in Suchy Las
and ARMATURA Ltd w Rogo¼no.
BROEN operates in many
areas: construction installations, heat engineering, laboratory fixtures; it
also manufactures valves for heat engineering and gas industries and, in this
area, is the biggest manufacturer of ball valves for heat engineering and
industrial installations. BROEN is part of the Dutch concern Aalbert Industries
N.V.
ZAWGAZ for over a dozen
years of its independent development has created a broad range of valves mainly
for the gas and petrochemical industry. Products of ZAWGAZ are marked by high
quality and the company is regarded as a solid, reliable and loyal partner.
The incorporation of
ZAWGAZ into the BROEN Group will allow to expand BROEN’s offer by fixtures for
gas and petroleum derivatives. BROEN has invested for years in the research on
products for those industries, especially in the USA and Central and Eastern
Europe. The experience, technology and brand of products of ZAWGAZ will provide
a solid foundation on this quickly-developing market.
For ZAWGAZ, the
membership in the BROEN Group mmeans a further development of its product line,
modernisation and increase of its productive potential and opening onto new
ready markets.
We are convinced that BROEN –ZAWGAZ Ltd , because this is the
new name of the company, will be able to fulfil your needs to an even greater
degree and any changes resulting from the merger will positively influence the
development and success of your companies.

you have contacted until now in ZAWGAZ, have not changed. In matters that do
